As a fashion designer, Vyri Yang attended the Academy of Art University from 2014 to 2017, graduating with a Master of Fine Arts in Fashion Design. She has won the Bronze A Design Award in fashion, apparel, and garment design category in the 2016-2017 period. 

 

Her design is based on the young designer price point not only because she is confident in her concept, but also because the garments are meticulously constructed. Her designs start from a conceptual idea to build the narrative of a girl who is mysterious and confident yet soft and refined. She is strong but not tough, feminine but not girly. Those who understand her, and to an extension me, are important. Those who don’t are irrelevant. Her girl has the courage to say goodbye to the past and not be pretentious, sentimental, or fragile. Through her inner emotion, we can understand the new definition of beauty.
